Two fixed-price packages designed around the most common briefs — and a bespoke option for everything else. A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your date; the balance is invoiced after your shoot is delivered. Have a read of what to know before booking first.

Essential Aerial Shoot

A single-location shoot delivered as raw 4K files plus a lightly-edited highlight selection.

Premium Cinematic Package

A longer shoot across two locations, delivered as raw 4K plus a lightly-edited highlight reel.

Longer shoots, more locations, full cinematic grading, repeat visits, inspection-only work, or travel beyond 25 miles of Birmingham — all quoted on request. Tell me what you need and I’ll put a price to it.

Before you book

A quick read of the terms you’ll be agreeing to. Booking a package confirms you’ve seen these — the full Drone Services Agreement is signed before the shoot.

Landowner permission

You confirm you have the legal right and any necessary permissions to fly from and over the shoot location. Let me know up front of any ground or airspace hazards I should be aware of.

Weather is the pilot's call

As the Remote Pilot in Command I have sole authority to cancel, postpone or alter a flight in unsafe conditions — high winds, rain, low cloud, mist, extreme temperatures or GPS issues. We'll agree a backup date when you book.

If we're weathered off

Cancellations due to weather are not a breach of contract. We'll attempt the backup date first; if that's also unflyable, we reschedule to the next mutually convenient date at no extra cost. Your deposit carries straight over.

Safety on the day

If members of the public, livestock or unexpected hazards compromise safety mid-flight, I'll abort immediately. Lost flight hours caused by site-side safety issues are still billable at the full rate.

Copyright & your licence

I retain copyright of all raw and edited footage. Once final payment clears, you receive a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the delivered media for your own marketing, website and promotion. Raw files can't be resold or passed to third parties without written consent.

Promotional use

I may use clips and stills from the shoot in my own portfolio, social media and promotional materials. If your project is sensitive or under NDA, please flag it before we shoot.

Final balance

Once the edits land in your inbox, the remaining 80% is invoiced and due within the agreed payment window. Deliverables stay watermarked until full payment clears; late payments are subject to statutory interest under UK law.

Deposit & refund policy

How does the deposit work?

You pay a 20% non-refundable booking deposit now to secure your date. The remaining 80% is invoiced once your shoot is complete and edits have been delivered.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. The booking deposit is non-refundable because it secures the date and covers planning time. If we're weathered off, it transfers in full to the rescheduled date — you don't pay it again.

What if I need to cancel or move my date?

Get in touch as early as possible and I'll do everything I can to reschedule. The deposit can be moved to a new mutually convenient date, but it can't be refunded.

What if my project doesn't fit a package?
